Bared... My 'recycled' Christmas Wishlist

Tagbilaran, Monday, 20 December 2010

Let us sing together:

Whenever I see girls and boys
Selling lanterns on the street
I remember the child in the manger as he sleeps
Wherever there are people
Giving gifts exchanging cards
I believe that Christmas is truly in our hearts
Let's light our Christmas trees for a bright tomorrow
Where nations are at peace,
And all are one in God.

Chorus:
Let's sing Merry Christmas and a happy holiday
This season may we never forget the love we have for Jesus
Let him be the one to guide us as another new year starts
And may the spirit of Christmas be always in our hearts.

In every prayer and every song
The community unite celebrating the birth of our savior Jesus Christ
Let love like that starlight on that first Christmas morn
Lead us back to the manger where Christ the child was born
So come let us rejoice
Come and sing the Christmas carol with one big joyful voice
Proclaim the name of the Lord.

The truth behind that familiar and popular song Christmas In Our Hearts by Jose Mari Chan is once again proven as we celebrate Christmas. The song is a look through music at the uniquely Filipino way we celebrate Christmas.

Christmas music makes our celebration meaningful and colorful. What would Christmas be without the carols? Have you ever experienced joining the Christmas carols? I did when I was a kid.

It's six days before Christmas and here's my own list of "recycled" gifts to Bohol's who's who, et al, with some new additions, inspired by Jose Mari Chan's song, which opens today's Bared. Ready?

That is why if you are not expert on the job it is better to be honest because people will help you instead of being too arrogant to claim you know the job..
