We booked a package deal which included breakfast, but you got no choices. One day was eggs and tuna!! And for juice, the restaurant only served "TANG" pineapple or orange instead of juice!!! Very stingy. Even the paper napkins were so thin and small, it was a joke!!! The hotel is obviously trying to save a few pesos. The room was loaded with maligas (ants) and upon bringing new bed sheets, the new ones had ants too. We demanded a new room which the hotel did provide us. Although the new room had no toilet paper. We had to ask, and then they brought some. The staff was friendly, and the location is nice. Right on the beach. I would not call this place a RESORT by any means, however.

I have been around the world twice and I wouldn't let my dogs stay in this place. The only good service you get is from the waiters. The best advise I can give you is bring a tent. At least you are sure of what kind of place you are staying in. If you plan to bring computer, leave it at home because they don't turn wireless internet service on (contrary to the advertisement). We didn't have a working air-con in the room in our first night and had to stay in the veranda where it was cooler. They tried giving us an electric fan, but it only made worse. Why not put a word worst than TERRIBLE, about DISGUSTING! Would say more but that kind of language is not allowed in the internet. Forget about complaining to the Manager, he isn't around. The front desk people are more interested in playing computer games for an internet service they supposedly don't have. This is the best warning I can give you. Bohol Beach Club Bo. I don't recommend this place. It will take 3+ hours before you get a room. I came around 11:00AM and didn't get the room until past 2PM. We hired their vehicle for the tour and we were sure that we left the digital camera in the van but somehow it was not returned. Owner defended the driver who is her brother. SHe said they will not take things. Ordered room service and then we left the dishes outside the room. It took 2 nights before they picked it up. Their servers are just "TIP" hungry. Quality is compromised. Rooms are designed bad. Bathroom has shiny tiles. Hotel doesn't provide rugs or anything unless you ask for them. Water and shiny tiles don't work together. Accidents can happen. Also, they don't put toilet papers inside the "toilet paper" holder. They only provided on toilet paper out of the four days we stayed there. The beach is not so clean. They don't have the knowlege on how to prevent leaves from floating within their shores. They should have something such as a barrier that keeps the beach resort clean. I was not happy with it. The beach is not well maintained. They should have cleared it from stones or some ugly wheel tire that they put in there. All in all, the owner/s are after your money. They rate their room so high like in the USA but they can't maintain standards. I don't recommend this place. I would recommend the Bohol Beach Club. I heard good things about the place.
