Happy Easter to all Boholanos! Our 2 days stay in bohol was indeed enjoyable and memorable. We enjoyed the Loboc river Cruise, the powdery white & sandy beaches in Panglao Island, Chocolate Hills the Calamay, the Ube Jam, tropical fruits, fresh seafoods, etc. etc... Can anybody teach me how to make a simple "Ube IceCream" using the Ubi powder? We love so much the Ube of bohol. we would appreciate if somebody can share to us the recipe. I and my officemates were having a tour in Bohol last week. All I can say is Bohol is really really a nice place. From Sagbayan Peak to improved and majestic chocolate hills down to other spots, and overnight in Panglao Island. So people out there choose bohol in your outings and other vacation plans.
