Alona Kew is one of the best if not the best in Alona Beach! Our family had a 3-day, 2-night stay at their family suite room. Accommodation & food are very good, although price of food is high. We enjoyed our stay there.

I initially had reservations at another place, but it was too far from Alona Beach and friends were staying here, so I went to the front desk and they were more than happy to accomadate me. I even asked for a discount to help pay for the cancellation fee at the other resort and the manager offered me 10% off my stay! Not alot, but he did not have to do that. I stayed for a week in the new building. Beds were nice, rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff did a very good job cleaning the rooms and would give you extra towels for the beach. The entire staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything. The only complaint was that some of the staff was new and weren't real sure of what they were doing yet. Nothing a little training wouldn't fix. Also, there were no safes in the room. That would be a nice addition. I would defintitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.
