Thai Curry with Sea Fruits

Ingredients
300 grams | | Pandan rice

2 pieces | | Yellow Capsicum
|
2 tablespoons | | Oil
|
320 grams | | Thai Yellow curry paste
|
200 ml | | Coconut milk
|
450 grams | | French beans (baguio beans)
|
500 grams | | Mix Sea fruits
|
Preparation
- Cook the rice. Wash the capsicum and slice into pieces. In a frying pan, heat oil and sauté the capsicum for about 2 minutes.
- Add the Yellow curry paste and the coconut milk and cook in a medium fire for some minutes.
- Add the French beans and sea fruits and simmer for 8 minutes.
