Thai Curry with Sea Fruits

Ingredients

300 grams Pandan rice
2 pieces Yellow Capsicum
2 tablespoons Oil
320 grams Thai Yellow curry paste
200 ml Coconut milk
450 grams French beans (baguio beans)
500 grams Mix Sea fruits

Preparation

  1. Cook the rice. Wash the capsicum and slice into pieces. In a frying pan, heat oil and sauté the capsicum for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the Yellow curry paste and the coconut milk and cook in a medium fire for some minutes.
  3. Add the French beans and sea fruits and simmer for 8 minutes.
