Turkey with Cauliflower

|1 Whole|| || cauliflower
|1 red || ||Capsicum
|400 grams || ||Turkey fillet, slice
|3 tablespoons || ||Cooking Butter or Oil
|1 jar || ||Indian Curry sauce
|2 pieces|| || Naan bread(Indian bread)
|1 piece|| || Ripe Mango, peeled and sliced
|45 grams|| ||Almonds nuts, grated
- Wash the cauliflower and separate into florets. Wash the capsicum and slice into blocks. In the pan, heat the butter or oil and fry the turkey fillets for 5 minutes or till it turns golden brown. Add cauliflower and paprika and cook for 3 minutes. Add the curry sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In the mean time, prepare the naan bread according to the instructions.
- In a dry frying pan, fry almonds nuts till turns golden bruin. Put the curry sauce in four large bowls, and garnish with almonds. Serve with naan bread and mango.
