Steamed Eggs with Minced Meat

|115 grams|| || Minced pork ||
|30 grams|| ||Minced ham||
| 1 || || Spring onion, chopped||
|1 teaspoon || ||Lard||
|1 teaspoon || ||Soya sauce ||
|1 teaspoon || ||Salt||
|1 cup || ||Stock or milk||
- Beat the eggs up with minced pork, chopped onions and salt. Place them in a deep bowl or in a basin with the lard and half a cup of the stock or milk, and then mix them well.
- Place the bowl or basin a in a steamer or a large boiler. Steam for twenty minutes with lid on.
- Remove basin from the steamer and then pour the soy sauce over the steamed mixture.
- Garnish with minced ham and serve on the table in the basin
