Setting

Located a little away from the hustle and bustle of Alona Beach, in a lovely lush green garden is Sunapartelle Resort. Run by the friendly German couple Boris and Irena Heberer. This place, designed in a classic style, offers a relaxing atmosphere, where you can easily forget time. The beach is a comfortable five minute walk from here.

The apartment buildings in a classic style where completed in 2001. The spacious rooms with a tropical ambiance and exclusive furniture will guaranty a relaxing holiday experience. All apartments have been finished to the same high standard. Light-colored rattan furniture, warm colors and a balanced illumination all add to the peaceful atmosphere. The large number of windows allow for excellent air-circulation. Mosquito nets in front of the windows will keep vermin outside.

All rooms are equipped with an air-conditioner, a multi-system television, and a music system which can play CDs, Video-CDs and MP3 CDs. A video player can be rented at a surcharge of USD 3.00 per day. German and English language movies are available.

The kitchen, imported from Europe is completely equipped with an oven, refrigerator and all needed cutlery, plates, and pans, which allow you to fully retreat to your apartment and do your own cooking if you are in the mood for it.

The bathroom is covered with light tiles, a large illuminated mirror, and a shower with warm and cold running water.

Directly outside is a wide balcony or terrace, with a table for four, from which you have a wonderful view over the garden.

Garden

The garden is the pride of the resort's owners. The houses where actually carefully build around the already existing trees, some of which are very old.

Swimming Pool

Not the biggest, but certainly the most romantic swimming pool in Bohol. Situated about 3 meters below the garden in a natural hollow, which leads into several caves, it is surrounded by trees.

Restaurant

Opened in 2002, the Sunnyside restaurant offers western and Filipino food. The bar has a large choice of foreign liquors and fancy cocktails.
