|2 cups||grated cassave|
|1/2 cup||ubi powder|
|1/2 cup||diced cheddar cheese|
|1 cup||coconut cream|
|1 can||condensed milk|
|1 can||whole corn (mais) kernels|
|2||slightly beaten egg yolks|
1. Mix the cassava and ubi powder, and shape it into 1/2 inch (1-1/4 cm) balls. Put a piece of cheese inside each ball.
2. Drop the balls in boiling coconut milk.
3. Wait until the cassava balls start to float, and then turn of the heat. Mix the condensed milk, corn and egg yolks.
4. Serve warm.
