A large fire devastated several resorts on Alona Beach, but luckily, no people or animals where hurt in the incident.
The fire, which started at the Swiss Bamboo House, raged over Playa Blanca resort, Isis Bungolows, Dive Temple, and the new bungalows of Bohol Diver's Lodge.
